about physically challenged persons

Recently railway department ordered to reserve lower berth’s to physically challenged persons. Really we welcome this decision its commendable job by central government it shows the government is running according to directive principles of state policy

I’m recent days all public buildings and places are accessible to these kind of people  and also measures are take to make all railway stations as physically challenged persons friendly but some state governments are not responding problems of these people  like reservation ,and promotion in jobs according to disabilities persons act each and every governments should work for these kind of persons then only we may talk about real inclusive growth.
